Achilles Tendon Tear

Had a bit of misfortune last week during a hurling game when I tore my achilles tendon. After surgery to repair it I’m now in a cast and on crutches for 6 weeks to be followed by plenty of physio to get the foot working properly again. At the moment I’m laid up at home taking it easy with the leg up.
